Decal Reads:

GASOLINE

FUEL MIXTURE INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 1/2 quart JOHNSON OUTBOARD LUBRICANT to 3 gallons of regular gasoline.
If JOHNSON LUBRICANT is not available, use a BIA certified Outboard Lubricant (OII). See owners manual for emergency use of oil.

MIXING
Pour 1.5 gallons of gas into empty 3 gallon (US) tank. Add 1/2 quart of lubricant. Replace cap, shake vigorously to mix well.
Add balance of gas.

CAUTION
Remove from boat when filling to reduce fire hazard.
